Westmere Terrace Houses

On a corner site in Westmere, three, three-storied houses have been stepped in so that each gets a northwestern, upper harbour view out over Meola Reef. The tight site is reflected in the minimal forms of the homes and their simple internal layouts. This development is a response to Auckland Council’s desire for higher density living.
